HYR Studio started as an internal tool. We're Aran and Kira Ploshansky. We ran three brands, spent $133K/year on marketing—and 80% of it went to repetitive production work. So we automated it.

We're Aran and Kira Ploshansky. Before HYR Studio was a product, it was the thing we kept wishing existed.

We were running three brands at once. Every one of them needed a steady stream of content — posts, carousels, graphics, clips, newsletters — and every one of them was hungry for it. We were spending a fortune on marketing, and the uncomfortable truth was that most of that budget wasn't going toward strategy or creativity. It was going toward *production*: resizing graphics, pulling quotes, reformatting the same idea for the fifth platform, chasing freelancers, and writing SOPs for work that should never have been manual.

The ideas were already ours. The expertise was already recorded. What we lacked was a way to turn one piece of source material into everything it could become — without losing our voice or our standards in the process.

So we built it. An engine that starts from our real words, understands what's worth saying, and produces a full library of on-brand assets we could actually publish. The repetitive 80% disappeared, and we got our time back for the work that actually moves a business.

It worked so well across our own brands that we turned it into HYR Studio.
